Upon initiating service you will be given a regular service day.  If bad weather is forecasted for your service day or it is a holiday week, we may change your service day. 

In addition, we prefer to use the same service technician to clean your yard every week.  It's important that you and your dog become comfortable with us as we enter your property.  Where possible we hope to build a professional rapport between our service technician, you and your dog.

If your yard has a gate please make sure it is unlocked and able to be opened. (No snow, lawn furniture, etc., blocking access to the yard.)  We can make various arrangements with you to ensure that our gaining access is as easy as possible for you.  If we can not access your yard you will be charged for the visit.​ 

There are no contracts and you can cancel our service at any time, just give us 24 hours notice of your usual service day. For certain special offers there are commitments to duration of service.  

We can usually work with your dog(s) in the yard.  We love dogs and love being around them.  We like to meet you and your dog on our first visit so that everyone's introduced and we are welcomed into your yard in the future.  However, if your dog is likely to stop us from getting onto your property, they will have to be confined while we clean up the yard, as we will have to charge for a visit if we haven't been able to gain access because of your dog. 

As the previous month ends, we will collect payment for the following month.

We accept credit/debit cards, checks, or cash.  We prefer to keep the usage of paper to a minimum, as an environmentally aware company, and as such prefer to automatically charge your credit/debit card in advance either monthly or every two weeks, whichever billing sequence you prefer.

If you must pay by check, any checks must be received and banked in advance of services rendered, and are invoiced in advance, monthly. We will not pick-up a check on the day of service.

Payment - We will charge your first month in advance, then again at the start of each subsequent month.

There are no start-up fees, unlike most other pooper scooper services.

Your dog(s) use your yard year round and we work to keep your yard clean throughout the year.

Snow Policy - We do work even if it has recently snowed as we know where your dog goes and will dig under the snow to retrieve as much waste as possible; therefore we do not accept cancellations for instances of recent snowfall.  The principle is, what we don't get on a particular service day due to snowfall, we'll get on the next service day.  

Bad Weather - In the event of bad weather, we will make every effort to clean your yard.  In rare circumstances when a scheduled cleaning is missed and can not be rescheduled, we will follow-up on your next scheduled service day to clean-up the waste.  The missed clean-up will not be credited due to our work load being doubled when we return.  

Holidays - The days we do not work are New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. If your service falls on one of these days we will clean your yard either directly before or after the holiday. 

Vacations - If you and your dog(s) will be away please let us know at least one week before your regular service day.  Since your dog(s) will not be using the yard, you will not be charged for the time you are away.  Service will continue when you return on your regular service day. 

We ensure your satisfaction by re-visiting your property within 24 hours if you let us know you're not happy that we removed all of your dog's waste.  You must notify us within 24 hours of your last service so that we can assess the situation properly.  We ask your understanding, however, that if your yard is full of leaves or the grass is very long - from a practical perspective - if we can't see the dog waste, we cannot remove it in its entirety.​​
